On Wednesday, March 20, Winslet Wanjiku, a four-year-old girl, was playing with her friends in the estate when she suddenly vanished. 

Neither her friends nor neighbors noticed anything unusual, leaving everyone puzzled as to whether she wandered off or was taken. 

This mysterious disappearance has left her family distraught and anxious, as a week later, Winslet’s whereabouts remain unknown, plunging them into agony.

Dressed in a light green sweater and matching trousers, Winslet had been allowed some playtime by her mother, Emma Wanjiku, before being called in for supper.

However, she failed to return home, leaving her family deeply concerned. Winslet’s aunt, Anne Muturi, expressed that her niece vanished without a trace, unnoticed by anyone nearby.

Despite extensive efforts by family and friends to locate Winslet, including reporting the matter to the Dandora police post, marked with OB number 79 of 25/3/2024, no significant progress has been made. 

The family has now turned to the public for any information that might lead to Winslet’s safe return. They have provided contact numbers, urging anyone with information to reach out to them.

The disappearance of Winslet Wanjiku has not only caused distress within her family but has also deeply affected the community, with hopes and prayers for her safe return echoing throughout.
