Duties and Responsibilities
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Duties and Responsibilities at this level will include:-

• Data collection, compilation, processing, tabulation, evaluation, analysis;
• Preparation of preliminary reports; and
• Simple coding of information and developing statistical summaries

For appointment to this grade,

• A candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in any of the following fields: – Business Administration, Economics, Statistics (Lower Second), Applied Statistics, Demography, Sociology or Social Science from a university recognized in Kenya.
