Furthermore, he is alleged to have posted false information about Jairus Onkundi Morwabe, leading to fear of violence and potential damage or loss to Morwabe’s property.
Standing before Senior Principal Magistrate Robinson Ondieki, Gaitho pleaded not guilty to the charges and was subsequently released on a Ksh.30,000 cash bail. The case is scheduled for a pre-trial mention on August 1, 2024.
