The charge was brought against Ballo at the Kiambu High Court on Monday, April 22, where he denied all allegations.
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecution, represented by Jenifer Ndeda, requested Ballo’s continued detention pending a social inquiry report.
This request was approved by Lady Justice Dorah Chepkwony, leading to Ballo’s remand at Nairobi remand prison for an additional seven days.
Ballo was arrested alongside six others, including DJ Joe Mfalme, in connection with Kintosi’s murder.
