Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinating and conducting forest fire fighting, disaster management activities, and security of service installations, property, personnel, and movable assets in county forests.
• Coordinating, collection, analysis, and dissemination of information/intelligence.
• Maintaining public amenities such as roads, campgrounds, and trails in the county forest.
• Compiling and submitting reports to the sub-county forester.
• Enforcing and compliance with forestry devolved functions in county forests, public lands, and in the movement of forest produce.

Requirements for Appointment

• Must be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID).
• Minimum of D+ in KCSE.
• Be age 18-35 years.
• Be 5.6ft (men) and 5.3ft (women) in height as certified by a Registered Medical Officer from a Government Hospital.
• Be physically and medically fit as certified by a Registered Medical Officer from a Government Hospital.
• Female candidates should not be pregnant before recruitment and during training.

Method of Application
