Job Specification Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedules and supervises maintenance repair work and checks
installation and servicing of building equipment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping; - Coordinates building maintenance and support services such as cleaning, fumigation, gardening and parking.
- Implements maintenance plans and schedules for building systems and facilities
- Coordinates building projects such as refurbishments and renovations.
- Plans and coordinates safety inspections and ensure buildings meet health and safety standards
- Maintains up-to-date database of facilities maintenance service contracts.
- Schedules routine inspections and records any maintenance need in the Maintenance
- Log for submission together with inspection reports.
- Supervises outsourced services including cleaning, maintenance and repairs
- Prepares and submit regular reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences
- Ensure properties are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Person Specification For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
- Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Construction Management/Electrical Engineering, Plumbing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in computer applications
