What You’ll Do For Us:

  • Plan & Integrate: Oversee the marketing plans and their integration within the designated country/region, working closely with the relevant bottler. Ensure these plans align with local commercial strategies, in collaboration with the Franchise team and bottler. This includes setting objectives, managing investments, tracking execution and success metrics, maintaining activity calendars, and spearheading innovation projects and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Input & Innovation: Provide valuable input on regional brand plans, including activities, calendars, and execution of allocated Direct Marketing Expenditure, while identifying local innovation opportunities.
  • Co-Create & Amplify: Co-create market-level innovation projects and offer market insights for Operating Unit-led Integrated Marketing campaigns. Oversee the localization and real-time amplification of these campaigns within the country/region, offering feedback to the relevant Integrated Marketing team.
  • Activate: Manage brand activation at the local level, including activations, consumer promotions, experiential marketing, and events, in coordination with bottlers.
  • Lead & Support: Lead marketing preparations and participation in key business System Review meetings for the country/region. Support the coordination of Franchise routines, working in tandem with Franchise Managers.
  • Procure & Comply: Collaborate closely with Platform services to ensure timely and compliant procurement processes related to brand activations.
  • Represent & Collaborate: Serve as the key marketing representative for the designated country/region, ensuring the relevance, alignment, and effective implementation of marketing plans. Work in close partnership with the Franchise team and bottlers while collaborating across all functions to achieve targets measured by volume, share, and profit.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • 10+ years of marketing and leadership experience.
  • Direct experience in marketing activation.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
  • Strong ability to provide nuanced country/regional level input on marketing strategies and plans (e.g., consumer/shopper insights).
  • Proven capability to develop relationships with key bottlers, ensuring alignment and buy-in on the marketing agenda.
  • Attention to detail in coordinating local activation efforts with bottlers, managing calendars, resources, and metrics.
  • Ability to customize campaigns for localization as needed.
  • Expertise in media buying, in partnership with Marketing procurement, when necessary.
