Expressing the government’s commitment to the local community, Ruto emphasized the purpose-built nature of the institution to serve the educational needs of the area’s children.
He underscored the progress achieved thus far, noting the construction of 22 classrooms and the enrollment of approximately 1300 students.
These classrooms, he explained, would accommodate students from Grades 1 to 4, with plans underway to construct an additional 24 classrooms to accommodate higher grades.
Assuring continued support for the school’s development, Ruto pledged personal involvement in the completion of the remaining classrooms and the provision of desks, acknowledging the need for adequate learning infrastructure.
Collaborating with the local Member of Parliament, John Kiarie, Ruto reiterated their joint commitment to ensuring the school’s comprehensive development.
In a gesture that resonated with parents and students alike, Ruto announced his intention to provide each student with a full school uniform, including shoes, eliciting excitement among the attendees.
